SALES AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
These Sales and Subscription Terms ("Sales Terms") apply when you purchase a paid product or make a voluntary contribution through Oase. They supplement our End-User License Agreement and Privacy Policy; in case of conflict regarding a purchase, these Sales Terms prevail.

References to "we", "us", or "Oase" below mean Our Oase ApS.
2. Products and Prices
We offer:
- Oase (free version) — a free tier with no payment required.
- Oase Plenum — a paid subscription for organisations and associations, priced per user and billed monthly. The current price (e.g. 599 kr./md. per user) and any free-trial period are shown on the Plenum page. Plenum includes a free trial period (currently 6 months).
- Voluntary subscriptions and pay-what-you-want contributions — optional, recurring or one-off amounts you choose yourself to support Oase. These are voluntary and do not unlock separate paid functionality.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT (currently 25%) and any fees are added and shown before you confirm the purchase. We may change prices; for ongoing subscriptions, price changes take effect from the next billing period after we have given you reasonable advance notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
3. Payment
Payment is collected through Vipps MobilePay and/or payment card via our payment provider. For subscriptions and recurring contributions you authorise us to charge the agreed amount automatically at the start of each billing period until the agreement is cancelled. We do not store full card details ourselves; these are handled by the payment provider.
4. Delivery
Oase is a digital service. There is no physical delivery. Access to a paid feature is provided as soon as the subscription is activated (for Plenum, at the start of the free trial), and continues for as long as the subscription remains active and paid.
5. Subscription Term, Free Trial and Renewal
Plenum begins with a free trial; you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid monthly subscription and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Voluntary recurring contributions continue at the chosen interval until you cancel.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. Oase is a digital service that is supplied immediately upon activation. By activating a paid subscription or a free trial you give your prior express consent to performance beginning immediately and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has begun.
Because Plenum includes a free trial during which you are not charged and which you can cancel at any time, you can stop before any payment is taken (see section 7).
7. Cancellation and Changes
You can cancel a subscription or recurring contribution at any time — in the Oase app, or by emailing info@oase.app. Cancellation stops future charges. Your paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for; we do not refund the unused part of a current period unless required by law.
8. Voluntary Contributions and Pay-What-You-Want
Voluntary subscriptions and pay-what-you-want contributions are given as voluntary support for Oase and are non-refundable. You can cancel a recurring voluntary contribution at any time to stop future charges.
9. Refunds
Except as set out above or as required by mandatory consumer law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at info@oase.app and we will correct any genuine billing error.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@oase.app and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot reach a solution, you may lodge a complaint with:

If you live in another EU country, you may also use the EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. When using the platform, please state our email: info@oase.app.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Sales Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved as described above is subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. This does not deprive you of any protection under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Sales Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated with reasonable notice.
